Four bread companies; Colonial, Kilpatrick, Manor. and Rainbo issued these in loaves of bread at 1 card per loaf in 1979. The Manor set is reportedly the most difficult to find. This set consists of 33 cards. The front images are the same as 33 cards from the full Topps 1979 set, but the backs differ in various ways. Card 1 has the 33 card checklist; where the Topps card had a puzzle piece the Bread card has a full cast shot; all backs carry the Bread companys' logo. |
