A new collection under the forthcoming "Star Trek Universe" banner due to be released in 1 April 2021. These ships will be from all the new live-action series; Star Trek: Picard, Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, and the continuing Star Trek: Discovery seasons. The magazines are the same size as for the prior Star Trek: Discovery collection (168 x 218 mm) and will be included inside the newly designed boxes with the ships.
UK Eaglemoss online shop buyers started receiving issues 1 and 2 on 7 March 2021, three weeks before subscribers were due to receive theirs.
These were released for sale early by mistake and were subsequently removed from sale on 11 March 2021 until a later date.
UK subscribers received the first ship for £9.99 and subsequent ships for £29.99, representing a £5.00 discount off the regular price. A range of special issues were offered which subscribers were able to opt out of. The normal retail price was £39.99 up to and including issue 13 and thereafter £49.99.
As at 24 March 2021
we are at 9 confirmed ships (including the gift premium) for Star Trek: Picard and 10 for Star Trek: Discovery.
With the company going into administration in July 2022, regular issue 15 (U.S.S. Liu Cixin) was the final issue retailed by Eaglemoss. Issue 16 (U.S.S. Jubayr) was later released by Master Replicas on 30 June 2023. It was also confirmed that issue 18? (U.S.S. Dresselhaus) was coming at a later date only to have that confirmation retracted in November 2023; this ship was never produced.
